  6. This document can be found on many large ftp sites, for
  7. example at ftp.cso.uiuc.edu in /doc/graphics along with
  8. descriptions of for example the GIF standard. I've never
  9. seen it in an area likely to be searched by Amiga
  10. programmers, though.

  12. Note: this _is_ and old document and it is not very
  13. up to date. There may be errors in it too, as far as I know,
  14. especially in the ILBM part. The document is from the good,
  15. old days when the Amiga was more known as Lorraine and
  16. EA were supporting it... sigh. There's an air of nostalgy
  17. around this file - perhaps it should have gone into
  18. misc/antiq ?
